Healing Qigong to strengthen your Immune system


Module 1. This module contains a group of exercises for invigorating and reinforcing the immune system.


Peter has selected specific Qigong exercises and created an instructional video that you can practice with him and a booklet with detailed instructions of each exercise and their medical applications.

Some of the exercises are from well know Qigong systems and in some instances they are famous Qigong exercises to help with enhancing the body's immune system.


These exercises are known to help increase stamina and reduced, tiredness, lack of vigour and low drive. They are known to help people that are immune comprised with low immune systems and who are easily susceptible to colds and flus.

Peter Caughey

Peter Caughey is the founder of Forest Rock Qigong and a Qigong and Taiji Quan Master, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncturist, Chinese Medical Herbalist, Medical Qigong and Tuina Practitioner, and published author.

With over 30 years of experience in the TCM, Taiji, and Qigong field, Peter is the lineage holder of Zhēn Ji Dào Tài Jí Quán Zì Wǒ Fáng Wèi Zhǐ Dǎo Suǒ Monastery School tradition, meaning “True Pearl Way Supreme Ultimate Fist Self-Defence Instruction School.” He teaches from Bali, Indonesia, serving students internationally.
